- Diesel generator rated for 1000 Kilowatts at 460/277 volts and 60 Hertz, which includes a 1,000 gallon dual wall fuel tank providing one continuous week of operation.
- Security card access system which restricts access to the facility and controlled access to the various rooms within the complex.
- FM200 fire protection with smoke and heat detectors located in the ceiling and floor. A secondary pre-action water system was also included in the event of an uncontrollable fire.
- Weekly Change Control Process to ensure all changes have been tested for production.
- Documented and strictly adhered to escalation process.
- Network communication cabling included Fiber and CAT6 wiring to facilitate high-speed data transfer.
- Remedy Trouble Ticket System. Ability to provide custom reporting and trend analysis of system issues.
